Game Help is a PS5 feature that uses game-integrated data to display helpful hints & game walkthrough content that is contextual to your current gameplay session. You can view Game Help inside Activity Cards.

Game Help's purpose is to enrich gameplay & provide helpful assistance to players without requiring them to leave their game. Rather than searching through walkthroughs or guides on a separate device, the PS5 can provide quick, concise, contextual walkthrough clips to assist with completing challenging gameplay scenarios, such as beating difficult bosses or solving puzzles.
Since PS5 launch, I've been leading the design of Game Help on all platforms. In that time, I've been able to ship several improvements, changes, and updates to our initial launch-day experience.
Highlights
GAME HELP CARD
The Game Help Card provides quick, contextual walkthrough content without needing you to leave your game.
Rather than needing to research a guide or read/skim through a walkthrough online, the PS5 is able to provide helpful hints and tips quickly & without fear of spoilers.
Kind comments from strangers:
The Game Help Action Card inside Control Center is accessible by tapping the "PS" button on your controller.
Selecting the Game Help Card displays a full list of available activities relevant to the game you're currently playing. Activities are typically correlated with missions, objectives, or quests.
Selecting the quest you want help on provides helpful walkthrough videos relevant to that quest.
Players are also able to multitask/pin their Game Help card to the side of their screen to watch walkthroughs while they play.
